Accounts/Billing.

  • Secure365 is priced based on your business size. It’s designed to be affordable while delivering enterprise-grade protection. Please see our Pricing page for details.

  • We accept online payment methods including credit and direct debits. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please select this option on the product page and we’ll send you an invoice each month for settlement directly to our bank account.

  • If you are paying via credit or debit card, you will be billed monthly on your renewal date. If you are paying via bank transfer, you will receive an invoice on or around the 1st of each month (payment terms are 7 days). We recommend setting up a standing instruction.

  • Our subscription is designed on a rolling monthly basis, but if you would like to pay up front for the year, please contact us and we’ll send you a link to our annual product or invoice for the year.

  • No long-term lock-ins here. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice after an initial 3 month period. Just reach out to your account manager or modify your subscription via our website portal and we’ll handle the rest.

  • While it’s possible, we recommend cancelling your subscription and starting a new one for the new business/Microsoft 365 account. Please contact your account manager, who can help you with the process.

  • Each subscription covers one Microsoft tenant. If you have multiple tenants, please subscribe multiple times.

  • Yes. Please reach out to your account manager, who will help you to update your subscription.

Service Delivery.

  • Our onboarding process typically spans 2-3 weeks and includes getting secure access to your Microsoft account, an initial assessment and report, and then a series of initial security enhancements.

  • You’ll receive monthly cybersecurity reports that include an overview of your security standing, including Microsoft Secure Score, our proprietary threat level indicator, and actionable insights that improved your security posture.

  • You will be provided with contact details for your dedicated account manager once you’re onboard. They’re your go-to for anything related to Secure365.

  • We have team members based in Europe, Asia and Australia, so you’ll often find our team online.

  • Secure365 is purpose-built for Microsoft 365. However, our team is very capable of supporting additional platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace or Amazon Web Services. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss how we can support your platform.

  • While we haven’t tested the service against every financial regulator, we have worked with many financial institutions, who have used our regular reporting to demonstrate to both regulators and auditors that they have a secure environment, and the feedback has been very positive.

  • It is a curated set of branded materials and cybersecurity resources, including visual assets such as logos, certification badges, etc that can be placed on your website and marketing materials. These visuals have the added benefit of informing your clients that you take their data seriously, with a core focus on protecting it.

Cyber Essentials Certification.

  • Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed certification that demonstrates that your business takes cybersecurity seriously. It’s often required for working with public sector clients or handling sensitive data.

  • Secure365 aligns with many of the technical controls required for Cyber Essentials. We’ll help you identify gaps, implement best practices, and help you to prepare for assessment.

  • We can’t guarantee certification (that’s up to the certifying body) but we do provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you secure a certificate for your business.

Technical.

  • No. Secure365 does not include Microsoft licensing or cover other Microsoft environments like Azure, Intune, or Dynamics 365. It focuses solely on securing your existing Microsoft 365 setup.

  • We’ll need delegated admin access to your Microsoft 365 environment to provide our service. This allows us to monitor, secure, and support your setup without disrupting your day-to-day operations.

  • No. We provide all the technical expertise to secure your Microsoft 365 environment. We work with you to gain access to your environment and keep you fully informed of all changes we are making, with detailed monthly reports.

  • Secure365 is designed to coexist with your existing managed service providers or consultants. We specialise and focus on your cybersecurity, leaving them to focus on their core services on IT support and delivery.
