  • We accept standard payment methods including credit card, direct debit, and bank transfer. If you need a custom billing arrangement, just let us know - we’re flexible.

  • You can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual plans come with a discount, and we’ll send you reminders before any renewal.

  • No long-term lock-ins here. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Just reach out to your account manager or modify your subscription via our website portal and we’ll handle the rest.

Service.

  • Our onboarding process spans 1-2 weeks and includes an initial form that you need to complete. This will ask you to provision an account that we can use to log into your Microsoft 365 environment.

  • You’ll receive monthly cybersecurity reports that include your Microsoft Secure Score, threat level indicators, and actionable insights that improved your security posture.

  • You’ll have direct contact details for your dedicated account manager once you’re onboarded. They’re your go-to for anything Secure365-related.

  • Our standard support hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday. For urgent issues, we offer extended support options. Just ask!

  • Secure365 is purpose-built for Microsoft 365. That said, we’re happy to chat about extending coverage to platforms like Google Workspace or AWS - just let us know what you need.

Certification.

  • Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed certification that shows your business takes cybersecurity seriously. It’s often required for working with public sector clients or handling sensitive data.

  • Secure365 aligns with many of the technical controls required for Cyber Essentials. We’ll help you identify gaps, implement best practices, and prepare for assessment.

  • We don’t guarantee certification (that’s up to the certifying body) but we do provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you get there.

Technical.

  • No. Secure365 does not include Microsoft licensing or cover other Microsoft environments like Azure, Intune, or Dynamics 365. It focuses solely on securing your existing Microsoft 365 setup. In cases where we require a license, we will work with you to obtain one.

  • We’ll need delegated admin access to your Microsoft 365 environment. This allows us to monitor, secure, and support your setup without disrupting your day-to-day operations.
